Concrete Finisher
Place, float, edge, and finish concrete to a high standard. Experience with stamping and decorative work is a plus, but we will sharpen the right person’s skills.
Concrete Laborer / Crew Member
The backbone of every pour. Prep sites, set forms, move materials, and learn the trade hands-on. No experience required, just reliability and a strong work ethic.
Crew Lead / Foreman
Run a crew and a job site start to finish. Schedule the work, keep quality high, and mentor newer team members. For experienced hands ready to lead.
CDL Driver
Haul materials and equipment to and from job sites safely and on time. Valid CDL and a clean driving record required.
Estimator / Project Coordinator
Measure jobs, price work, and keep projects moving. A good fit for someone with concrete or construction knowledge and strong organization.

Do I need experience to apply?
Not for our laborer and crew member roles. If you are reliable, willing to learn, and ready to work, we will train you on the job. Experienced finishers, leads, and drivers are always encouraged to apply too.
Is the work year-round?
Yes. We keep steady, full-season work across Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and the Dayton area, so our crews stay busy rather than chasing the next job.
What are the typical hours?
Concrete work starts early, often at sunrise, and the day runs with the pour and the weather. It is honest, physical, mostly outdoor work, with a full schedule during the season.
Do you provide training and advancement?
Absolutely. We provide paid on-the-job training and promote from within. Most of our crew leads started as laborers and worked their way up.
Do I need my own tools or transportation?
You will need reliable transportation to the shop or job site. We provide the tools and equipment for the work. CDL roles require a valid CDL and a clean driving record.
